The use of cameras, cell phones, and other recording devices during the show is strictly prohibited by law, except when used for accessibility services. However, we encourage taking photos and videos before the performance, during intermission and after the show.
Is the theater ADA accessible?
Yes. Stage 42 is wheelchair accessible and offers assistance for patrons with disabilities. There is an elevator and an escalator in this theatre.
What is the late seating policy?
A. Late seating will be at the discretion of the house manager. Please note that latecomers may not be able to access their purchased seats.
Are there strobe lights or haze effects in the show?
No strobe lights, but this production does use theatrical haze and smoke.
Q. Are there devices for the hearing impaired?
Infrared assisted listening devices and neck induction loop systems (requires t-coil) are available to borrow at the Shubert Audience Services kiosk.
Can I bring food or drink into the theater?
Outside food or beverage are not permitted in the theater.

Yes, tickets can be purchased during the box office’s operating hours. Tickets purchased at the box office are not subject to a service fee.
